Unlike Mitchell, who tried to remain in the dark for as long as possible, Bellisario made it a point to be one of the very first actors on the PLL set to know the truth about ‘A’.

“I’m a very, very nosey person so I kind of made it my business to know,” Bellisario confessed. “I got enough of the people in the writer’s room talking a long time ago to find out who ‘A’ was, so for me, it was fun to see how they’ve built up to it, and to get to watch the person who got to be the final performance as ‘A’ for all of this time.”

Bellisario spilled that it was thrilling to watch this mysterious actor “really stretch their legs” as ‘A’ in Tuesday’s summer finale. “They were just fantastic,” she spilled. “I’m sorry I can’t be more specific, but that was the best part of this episode.”
